To prepare for our work together, we utilize the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify your unique talents. By focusing on a strengths-based approach, we don't just look at skills, we look at what gives you purpose, helps you grow, and empowers you to build vibrant, resilient school cultures.
1. Access the Portal
Log in to the Gallup leadership portal using secure credentials sent to your district email.
2. Complete Assessment
Dedicate 45 minutes to answer prompts honestly. Trust your first instinct for each question.
3. Review Your Report
Download and review your Strengths Insight Report. Bring a copy to the retreat.

Please wear your provided RCSS polo for Day 1. We encourage you to wear your favorite RCSS-inspired gear for Day 2. Dress comfortably and come ready to collaborate.

Logistics
Arrival & Parking
On-site parking is complimentary and available in the venue's back lot, across the street, and next door at the MAU lot. Please download a map HERE. We highly recommend arriving early to check in, enjoy a light breakfast, and connect with colleagues before our morning sessions begin.
