Day 1

Strengths, Perspective Taking, and Our System Vision

08:30 AM

The Leadership Support Blueprint

Day one focuses on grounding our leadership team in collective capacity and cross-functional empathy. Leaders will synthesize their individual CliftonStrengths and professional expertise to build a comprehensive blueprint for an ideal school support system, establishing a shared benchmark for excellence before introducing operational data or system constraints.

Day 2

Principal Realities, Multiplier Mindsets, and Tactical Execution

08:30 AM

Calibrating the Blueprint Against Ground Truth

Day two uses our ideal blueprint as a strategic lighthouse. We will integrate rigorous survey and focus group data to map the real-world experiences of school principal-learners. By adopting high-impact leadership frameworks, the team will transition from high-level vision to tactical execution, establishing concrete action plans and responsive communication protocols.

Post Retreat

Mobilizing Toward Results

Beyond Business as Usual: Sustaining System Momentum

This retreat was not a pause in our daily operations. It was a permanent shift in how we work. We are committed to resisting the pull of going back to business as usual and are actively seeking opportunities to implement our highly responsive support model designed by our leaders. By embedding these new communication loops and action plans into our daily rhythm, we ensure that central office remains a driving catalyst for school success.

Strengthening Our Bond

After a full day of planning, we are heading to Topgolf for an after-work opportunity to connect across different roles, unwind, and build the strong relationships we need to work better together for our schools. Stepping out of the office makes it easy to talk openly, get to know colleagues from other departments, and build the trust necessary to support our district.
